Martensville Lutheran Early Learning Center Inc. is looking for an Early Childhood Educator

Requirements for these positions:
ECE Level I certification or Higher
First Aid/CPR training, or willing to receive this training within the first month employed
Police Record Check including vulnerable sector check
Qualities we are looking for in our future team member:
Childcare experience, with center experience being an asset
Reliable and on time
Understanding of Play and Exploration
The ability to work as a team, or independently when needed
Positive in everyday dealings with children, other staff and parents
Looking for at least level 1. Wage will depend on level of ECE achieved and years experience in the field.

- First Aid Certificate
- Early Childhood Education Assistant Certificate
Early Childhood Education Skills
- Provide opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play and music
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
- Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members
- Plan and develop child care and nursery school programs
- Assess the developmental level of children
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
Additional Skills
- Assist in housekeeping duties
- Assist in maintaining records of children
Ability to Supervise
- 5-10 people
- 16-20 people
