Senior HR Specialist, Organizational Design

FCL invites applications for the position of Senior HR Specialist, Organizational Design in our home office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Senior Manager  HR Advisory Services, the Senior HR Specialist, Organizational Design is responsible for collaborating with HR Advisors to provide leadership and guidance to multiple business units in relation to organizational design. This includes working with team leaders and Advisors in Human Resources to lead the research, design, and development of recommendations to support the implementation initiatives, provide ongoing oversight of initiatives/programs, and developing supporting processes and policies while ensuring alignment with other talent management initiatives.
