Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is looking for a Property Site Manager to join our team in Saskatoon, SK.  Youll ensure the property is well-maintained, fully rented and staff are upholding our customer service standards.  If you strive to reach the goals ahead and know how to motivate your team to drive results  this is the position for you!

Managing daily on-site operations of your property, you will oversee rent collections, leasing applications, & maintain top-level tenant satisfaction!

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, - and adaptability
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail
- High degree of professionalism/diplomacy
- A valid drivers license & vehicle
