We are assisting our client to find an Agricultural Irrigation Project/Service Manager based out of their Outlook, SK location.

The Service Manager is responsible for developing and managing irrigation service, overseeing irrigation / electrical projects with the ability to prioritize and delegate the workflow of their service team. Creating, monitoring, and effectively closing work orders through the efficient delegation of work and management of department logistics. You will regularly interact and establish strong relationships with new and current clients/suppliers.

Position Requirements:

The Service Manager position requires a highly experienced, senior manager of service, irrigation / electrical projects and communication electrical projects with proven success in managing project and people and achieving excellent business results. The ability to network, market and sell services is a key attribute of this position. Proficiency in related computer programs is a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in managing projects (electrical, irrigation or other)
- Ability to work extended hours, under pressure from all stakeholders, is a requirement
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills is a requirement
- Knowledge of pricing, coordinating, bidding/tendering projects
- Certification as electricians journeyman or relevant degree or diploma considered an asset
- PMP certification is considered an asset
