Cascadia Metals Saskatoon is growing and we are looking for a full time outside sales representative.
Skills and requirements include but not limited to:
- Postsecondary education and a background in the steel industry would be an asset, but training would be available to the successful candidate.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical and strategic thinking skills, communicate and collaborate with team members
- Excellent time management skills, Effective use of technology
- Vehicle ownership is a requirement and a driver's abstract may be requested as part of the interview process.
- Results Oriented, achieve or exceed established sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as report to a sales supervisor and management.
- Willingness / Ability for overnight to travel as per business needs in Saskatchewan
- Work independently and as a team player with strong self-motivation
- Proven business acumen
Tasks and duties include but not limited to:
- Achieve all territory business objectives including sales goals and growth
- Develop, implement and execute a territory business plan
- Prospecting / cold calling for additional business to create new customer relationships
- Maintain existing customer partnerships, build strong and lasting relationships with new customers
- Deliver superior customer experience to achieve account retention and growth
- Ability to Identify and report on market trends and competitor information with sales team members
- Maintain a level of knowledge on products
- Act as a role model for Cascadia Metals standards, values and behaviours
