The Role:

Continually strive to Improve store performance and champion best practice business strategies
Responsible for regional and store level communication with respect to various pharmacy activities
Establish and implement pharmacy standards, programs, systems and procedures for all regional locations and monitor individual store compliance
Support new store set-ups and openings and assist with recruiting, training, coaching and growing pharmacy teams
Travel throughout the region providing support and guidance to pharmacy managers
Track, report and analyze sales and marketing initiatives and deliver regionally specific reporting
Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure product lines are selected and promoted to drive increased market share and profitability

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 5 years retail drug store management experience
Proven operations management, personnel supervision, mentoring and strategic planning expertise
Critical problem solving and analytical skills complemented by competency with tracking, reporting and analyzing business data
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and motivation to achieve company targets
Competency with MS Office suite, valid drivers licence, bondable and open to travel throughout the region
