Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to our vision to be the industry's preferred online service provider for customers and professionals, by executing the following:
- Manage active customer accounts requiring recruitment support
- Coordinate recruitment activities & projects
- Act as primary contact with Sales & Service Coordination teams regarding recruitment status for existing customers
- Partner with Recruiters to monitor trends across interviews, regions, and applicants
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives
