Description

Beginning in 1989 as a transformer maintenance and repair shop, Partner Technologies Incorporated (PTI) has grown progressively and is now an innovative leader in the electrical industry producing some of the most groundbreaking, cost-effective, and high quality solutions for transformers globally.  The Companys 120+ employees currently manufacture and service liquid-filled distribution and small to medium size power transformers from a 100,000 square foot facility in Regina. The successful candidate will:
- plan & conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment/machinery
- assist in identifying/diagnosing repairs to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic equipment & machinery
- conduct facility maintenance & repairs
- train employees on the proper operation of machinery

Applicants must have good communication skills & previous building/equipment maintenance expertise; experience as an auto/heavy duty mechanic, machinist or electrician considered an asset.  

Only applicants that are residing in and legally entitled to work in Canada will be considered as we do not have an open LMIA.

 

Skills and Abilities

Specific Maintenance Activities
 - Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
 - Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
 - Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
 - Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
 - Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems
 - Paint
 - Work with minimal supervision
