Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent Inside Sales and Customer Service position in Saskatoon. The client would like to see candidates that demonstrate initiative, have excellent time management skills and are able to work without supervision.

Inside Sales and Customer Service Duties:

Handle customers orders, Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions as detailed in the Quality Manual, Quality Procedure Manual and Work instructions.
Quote customers verbally and written and maintain the quotation system
Handle inbound phone calls and direct walk-in customers
Ability to perform data entry
Purchase product for customer orders and to replenish inventory within stated limits
Process Credit Card transactions on P.O.S. system
Responsible for import/export documentation
Ensure customer commitments are met by expediting from suppliers
Perform inspections, assembly, testing, shipping and receiving of product
Report unusual market trends
Perform informal audit checklists and semi-annual quality reviews
Document customer complaints, non-conformance, and internal/external corrective actions in a timely and accurate manor.
Assist in training new employees

Inside Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities:

Assist all staff to ensure total customer satisfaction and branch financial gain
Assist all staff in the maintenance and monitoring the Clients Quality Process
Assist Operations Manager in maintaining inventory control
Complete timesheets weekly and get immediate approval on required overtime
Cross-train at all job functions as workload and time permit.

The Inside Sales and Customer Service position requires a minimum 2 years of post-secondary education and a valid drivers license. The successful candidate will participate a 60 day training program and obtain certification in WHMIS, forklift and industrial safety courses.
