Description

- Comfortable in a technology
dependent environment including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Greet public and clients and direct them appropriately
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
prepare outgoing mail for distribution fax, scan, copy and/or shred documents as needed
- Help maintain office filing and storage systems
- Update and maintain mailing manifest
- Retrieve information/files when requested
- Type documents, reports and correspondence
- Take minutes
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office
- General office admin support to the office administrator and Executive Director
- Attend and assist office community events

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized.
Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask are essential.
