Description

This position is responsible for managing and providing guidance to the service/irrigation and electrical projects with team management team.  Plan the short and long-range strategy for the service, projects and communication division, developing organizational strategies & processess for the service and communication division and assisting with the short and long range strategic plan for service and communication services company wide.  Assisting branch management to prepare the service, irrigation projects and communication division quarterly and annual budgets, preparing consolidated project financial reports, ensuring monthly reports are reviewed in a timely fashion, billing and maximizing profitability of projects while building positive relationships and a positive image for the company.Providing leadership and positive motivation for project staff and company partners.
