Job Requirements:
-Ability to perform all plumbing repairs and replacements according to code.
-Ability to install all types of piping systems for water, sewer, and wet heat.
-Ability to thread black iron piping and to install various types of material for gas line installations according to code.
-Ability to understand the operation of boilers, wet heat and floor heat systems including the ability to perform necessary repairs on these systems.
-Ability to complete paperwork legibly and follow protocol as instructed pertaining to invoice procedure.
-Backflow testing licence an asset.
-Ability to repair forced air furnaces an asset.
-Must be able to work independently.
-Must be available for after hours service according to rotation.
-Must provide a clean drivers abstract.
-Must be able to provide a Background check.
