Our client is looking for a qualified Legal Assistant to join their team in Regina! As Part-time Legal Assistant (2-3 days/week), you will be responsible for providing administrative support, as follows:
- Dictation and word processing support.
Creating/editing documents from standard forms, dictation or handwritten notes.
- File maintenance.
- Booking flights and hotel rooms.
- Time entry and bill preparation.
- Coordinating and organizing luncheons.
- Internet research.
- General office duties.
Education & Experience:
- Office Education Certificate or Legal Diploma is an asset.
- Knowledge of legal policies, procedures and terminology is required.
- 2+ years experience within a lawfirm is an asset.
Computer:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Strong typing.
