The Assistant Store Manager is a development role for Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager role is to support the Store Manager and store team in the profitability of the store, to provide coaching and leadership to the store team and to ensure a continuous effort is dedicated to relationship building and ultimate customer service on the part of all associates.
