Administrative Assistant/Estate Planning Assistant

What is the opportunity?

You will provide support to a team that helps our DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors and our clients with insurance quotations, marketing assistance and servicing of in-force policies. Your role on the team is to incorporate inside sales & marketing to promote business growth for a successful Estate Planning Specialist

What will you do?
Creation and maintenance of an Inforce Service program
Design and implement marketing initiatives
Preparing quotations on various Insurance products
Meeting and file preparation
Develop relationships with partnering life company wholesalers, case coordinators and underwriters to ensure the business is handled efficiently
Provide exceptional client service

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Excellent client service skills
Experience with meeting tight deadlines & set priorities; ability to work independently
Strong Microsoft office and Excel skills

Nice-to-have
Minimum 2 years' experience working in an Insurance Agency or equivalent role within the industry
Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products
Life Insurance Licensed
Post-secondary degree considered an asset
Experience servicing high net worth clients
