Description

We are now accepting resumes for the position of full-time restaurant Supervisor.
The role of Supervisor, Restaurant & Lounge reports to the Restaurant Manager and will be responsible for assisting in leading the customer service team at the WildSage Kitchen & Bar located in the Beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre

Primary Responsibilities:
-Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contacts.
-Provide and support a fun, up-beat yet professional environment where Associates are trained to provide exceptional quality beverage and table service and receive regular performance feedback
-Prepare and review orders and complete monthly food and beverage inventories
-Assist with scheduling as well as completion and balancing of payroll
-Ability to build working relationships with your associates, based on mutual respect, where training and development are an integral part of building a successful team
-Possess exceptional communication and customer service skills
-Computer skills including: Microsoft Word and Excel
-Must be able to step into all positions within the Restaurant and Lounge and perform duties when necessary
-Must be present and available to associates during entire shift, often managing customer inquiries and complaints obligation to Make It Right

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
-Must be 19 years of age
-Serve it Right Certification
-Minimum two years experience in a supervisory position in the Food & Beverage considered an asset
-Demonstrated understanding of restaurant and lounge operations

This position will primarily be evenings and weekends and we will require full availability for this position. All resumes will be received in complete confidence.
