Active Electric is an electrical contractor that has been servicing the needs of residential, commercial and industrial clients in Regina and surrounding area for the past 5 years.
We require a Journeyman Electrician specializing in residential and commercial projects.
The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:
- Onsite work for commercial and residential job sites
- Panel wiring, construction and installation
- Troubleshooting
- Ordering and receiving of materials
- Dealing with a wide range of people in all levels of the building/sub-contracting industry
- Supervising apprentices
- Day trips out of town
- Ability to work flexible hours
The successful candidate must have the right to work in this country, possess a current drivers license and be qualified to drive a company vehicle. They need to possess:
- Experience across a broad range of systems including:
- Service installation
- Fire alarm
- Intercom/Camera/Security
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Commitment and self-motivation, with very good organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations
This position includes access to a company vehicle during work hours.
The successful applicant will need to work with deadlines, be focused, be passionate about their work, have the ability to work under pressure when needed and work independently or with others.
