Description

The Senior Business Consultant will collaborate with assigned Project Manager and co-workers to work with clients to implement one or more of Vibe HCM products: Vibe Recruit, Vibe Onboard, Vibe Engage, Vibe HR and Vibe Talent. They will analyze the clients current processes and then works with the client to migrate their current workflows and business practices into the Vibe HCM products. The Senior Business Consultant makes set-up recommendations to the client, documents the results in specification documents (blueprints) and ensures a successful conversion to Vibe HCM product(s).  

Review Vibe HCM functionality and workflow to determine the most effective way to implement the solution within the clients procedures
Serve as primary contact for the client
Assist client with business process reengineering of their procedures and policies to take advantage of improvements provided by Vibe HCM Products
Work with client to familiarize them with new processes and conduct or participate in product training when necessary
Assist Client Support in post transition issues and questions as needed; Prepare support transition documents and participate in Client Support transition meetings
Serve as liaison to the product management team on gathering technical requirements for customizations
Confer with product management and project managers to obtain information on limitations and capabilities of existing system and capabilities required for data processing projects and projected work load
Lead or participate in other assigned projects

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, HR, IT or related fields
Three or more years of experience implementing one or more of the following software solutions: Payroll, Open Enrollment, HR/Benefits, Applicant/Recruitment, Onboarding or Performance Management
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
