MoneyforTomorrow Group of Companies is looking for a New Client Development Manager to identify prospective clients for Serious ERP; a medical distribution system based in the US.

The New Client Development Manager is responsible for revealing suspects and turning them to prospects. You will be the face and voice of Serious ERP.  Voice to voice, face-to-face, and email prospecting will be the key activities to get prospect meetings set for the outside sales team.  You will position Serious ERP as a Best of Breed cloud-based solution for distributors and benefit management providers in the US healthcare industry. This will form the entry point toward selling the Serious ERPs Software as a Service (SAAS) software solution. Your activities will be maintained in a CRM tool, which the Sales Manager will monitor to ensure coaching can be completed using quantifiable factors.
It is imperative for this role that the New Client Development Manager has strong English and communication skills. Customer service and marketing experience is an asset. In addition, candidates with experience in the IT industry will be given preference. Option to work from home if preferred.

Job Duties:
-Achieve Targets
-Develop and grow new relationships with local business decision makers.
-Work with the sales manager to develop a personalized new client prospecting plan including face-to-face and voice to voice prospecting, business group networking, database mining and other methods
-300 dials per week with the goal of more than 5 new meetings set per week.
-Use Contact Manager Systems to Work with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
-Network to attract new prospects
-Create and facilitate Center of influence webinars and meetings.
