Entirely member-owned, Mega Group is dedicated to providing its members services that stimulate growth and promote success by providing a wealth of expertise and experience, Retail Systems, effective advertising calendar, strong merchandising programs, training plan and store design team.  The companys focus on its employees requires a Manager, Human Resource to lead HR programming that engages and develops people.  The position is located at the head office in Saskatoon, SK.

Reporting to the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer and a member of the management team, the Manager, Human Resources develops and implements national human resources programs and systems that align with the goals and objectives of the company.

With currency in HR industry standards and best practices and well-rounded HR generalist experience, you provide expertise and advisory support to management teams on human resources strategy and managing employee issues.  Your collaborative style supports working with employees, supervisors, and managers to determine individual management development needs and development of recommendations on training programs and resources.  A strong business acumen and keen understanding of the impact of human resources on company strategy and the bottom line enables you to effectively develop and monitor the annual HR budget and implement HR programming that is aligned with Megas vision and goals.

You have an undergraduate degree in human resources or related discipline and 5 years of progressive generalist experience including demonstrated facilitation and coaching skills.  A CPHR designation is preferred and the ability to speak French is a definite asset.
