Description

This is a part-time position (3.625 hours/day - Monday-Friday)providing admin support to the Operations Manager for the Saskatoon Housing Authority (SHA); is confidential secretary & coordinates operational support to project boards & SHA managed properties.  

The Operations Assistant will foster effective working relationships with members of the management team and supervisors of the housing authority.  This position will work within the policies and procedures of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation, SHA, OH&S regulations and the Province of Saskatchewan Residential Tenancies Act.

This position will:
. Coordinate internal communications
. Maintain current SHA policies & procedures
. Maintain a current & accurate filing system
. Record & distribute tender results & meeting minutes
. Prepare reports for the Planning and Development Committee
. Accurately record meeting minutes & distribute as required and maintain all minutes & correspondence in a secure, confidential system
. Assist with budget preparations
. Respond to resident concerns
. collection of occupancy fee arrear
. Maintain accurate application lists
. Facilitate all life lease processes
. provides coverage in the absence of the Executive Assistant
