Agriculture expertise rewarded
Lead in developing a strategy to help customers through business transitions.

What you'll do:
Develop a transition strategy to help support Canadian farms and agribusinesses
Use our relationship management process to partner with Operations staff to identify customers looking for help with transition planning
Network with industry leaders and promote FCC at external events
Meet with customers at their farms and businesses
Build relationships with industry partners including accountants, lawyers and financial planners

What we're looking for:
Confident communicator adept at listening
A passion for Canadian agriculture
Leader who builds relationships and embraces change
Self-starter who excels when working independently

What you'll need:
A degree in agriculture finance, business or commerce and at least four years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
