SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is looking for a part time dishwasher at the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon.
Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, the Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel dishes, glassware and silverware; and maintaining a clean, safe and well organized dish room.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain supply of clean dishes, glassware, silver, etc.
- Operate dish machine to clean dishes, silverware and glassware
- Keep cook line well stocked with china/hot plates
- Keep glassware organized at all times, store dishware in the proper location
- Sweep & mop kitchen and dish room to maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of six (6) months experience in a similar role within a full-service hotel property or restaurant
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize needs
- Understanding of technical aspects of dish machine operations
- Ability to maintain high standards of productivity, efficiency and safety
- Ability to work various shifts during days, evenings, weekends and holidays
