Director, Prevention
Permanent Position
Regina Head Office

The individual in this role is accountable to advance the vision of Prevention and WorkSafe.  Provides leadership in the development and delivery of injury prevention programs and services that enhance customer experience and align with the WCBs strategic and operational business strategies. In this role, you are responsible to lead the development and delivery of WorkSafe and Prevention operational plans for awareness, education, training, targeting and partnerships that advance injury prevention in the province.  Leads the Prevention team in the evolution and advancement of continuous process improvement that supports quality service delivery to customers.

This position reports to the VP of Prevention and Employer Services and is an integral member of the leadership team of the WCB.



As a preferred candidate, you have a university degree in a related discipline, supplemented with practical experience in prevention and a CRSP designation.  As well, you will have five years of progressive experience in a leadership role including at least four years of successful experience in a similar role focusing on prevention and safety.

You must have a valid Class 5 drivers license as travel is required.
