Capital GMC Buick Cadillac is seeking an Account Payable/Receivable Clerk to fill a one year maternity leave.  This position will be responsible for accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate good administration and coordination skills, as well as good computer skills. We are looking for an individual with experience in processing automotive transactions from an accounting perspective.

Job Responsibilities:

Posting Vendor Invoices
Paying Vendor with Cheques and EFT
Daily Deposit
Reconcile CC Transactions
Data Entry
Filing
Dealing with customer Vendor requests
Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
Accounting Diploma
Reliable
Highly Organized
Ability to handle more responsibilities as the positions grows
Proficient user in Excel
