Description

Midwest Laser Centre is looking to expand their growing team!  We are looking for a reliable, highly motivated, teachable person as a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate will be positive, enthusiastic and a true "people person."  Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling inquiries over the phone and in person, scheduling on Orchid medical spa software and promoting in office treatments, skincare and make up. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Please note that part-time applicants should be available to work daytime, evenings and some Saturday's.

Responsibilities

-Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
-Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a pleasant, professional manner
-Schedule appointments, check in patients and process transactions on Orchid Medical Spa Software
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
-Accurate data entry of patient information
-Receive, sort, record and distribute daily mail/deliveries
-Update patient records, print documents, data entry
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, transcribing and faxing
-Assist with light office cleaning duties (stock rooms, vacuum, mopping, laundry etc.)

Requirements

    -Excellent customer service attitude
    -Professional attitude and appearance
    -Confidence to sell and promote treatments, make up and skincare
    -Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
    -Familiarity using Accuro or Orchid Medical Spa Software an asset
    -Experience with make-up application an asset
