Position Summary
Under the direction of the Service/FMO Division Manager, the responsibility of the dual role of Service Dispatch / FMO Administrator is to assist in maintaining a productive and efficient Service/FMO operation within Saskatoon and surrounding area.This will be accomplished through close working relationships with technicians, clients, vendors and other contacts by responding to internal and external customers in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. All duties must incorporate our standard company procedures and ensure specific instructions are followed.
Duties & Responsibilities
Compile and process information for Service/FMO Division including data entry into JD Edwards; work orders, purchase orders etc.
Responsible for creating accounts payable invoices and assisting with accounts receivable within the FMO Division
Set up, renew and administer new and existing Service contracts
Review and update RNV information as required
Service Dispatch duties including scheduling appointments for technicians, answering phones and providing appropriate information to both internal and external customers
Support technicians with sourcing and ordering materials and equipment
Assist with organizing subs, rentals, cranes, and manpower
Record and provide history of prior related work including component layouts and service manuals
Issue Purchase Orders for both Service and FMO as required
Receive Service requests from Customers
Generate both Work Orders and Purchase Orders
Dispatch Technicians in conjunction with Service Supervisor
Daily time entry
