Boffins Public House, located at Innovation Place, is recruiting for a part-time bartender to work 2 evenings per week (Tuesday - Saturday). Previous serving experience is required. Previous bartending experience will be considered an asset.
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing beverages for customers, restocking the bar, providing prompt customer service, and other services as required.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, be able to work effectively within a team environment, work well under pressure or in high paced situations, be reliable and have a great working attitude.

Specific Skills
- Advise on wine selection
- Organize and set up bar
- Operate point-of-sales system
- Inform customers regarding contents of cocktails or other drinks
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages
- Clean, sanitize and maintain bar
