We are growing and are currently seeking reliable, unique individuals to join our detail department. The ideal candidate for our team should be highly motivated, have a keen eye for detail, well organized; a quick learner; a team player; possess excellent communication and people skills. We are seeking a candidate who will take pride in quality work and customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for interacting and engaging customers, for the purpose of booking sales & service appointments.
The desired candidate should have intermediate knowledge of computer and typing skills. Call center experience or experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
In this role, you would be responsible for:
Completing outbound calls to customers
Receive incoming calls or internet requests
Engage customers in a courteous manner
Work shifts are either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday and work hours are from 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm with 1 hour break.
