DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficient and accurate data entry, setup and maintenance of customer files, great attention to details
Responsible for compiling and verifying information
Be able to evaluate the situation and adjust priority and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out general administrative activities

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Communicate frequently in both English and Mandarin
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma or certificate program in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of email and Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe with a proven ability to easily learn new software programs, website designing would be considered an asset
- The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check
