Description

A New Home Sales Consultant's role is essential to achieving the overall business goals and objectives and is a valuable team member as they are the glue that holds the client to the business.

Responsibilities:
    Create sincere and trusting relationships with all clients and those in the sales community
    Generate interest from potential clients
    Make sales calls to new and existing clients
    Address all sales related inquiries from new and existing clients
    Review prelim/final plans with clients and communicate throughout the construction process.
    Maintain and complete accurate sales related documents
    Be aware and understand the competition and the residential housing market
    Maintain and promote a positive image of the company by providing a high caliber of professional service.
    Work together with management to develop and execute marketing strategies
    Ensure proper placement of signage to draw traffic to the show home
    Ensure the show home presents well at all times
    Attend and participate in weekly team meetings

Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years experience in sales and the knowledge of customer service fundamentals
    Learn and understand company policies and procedures as well the construction process to ensure effective communication between all departments
    Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
    Ability to be organized, detail oriented and coordinate various activities.
    Remain motivated, persistent and resilient
    Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
    Be enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious, approachable and have excellent communication skills
    Ability to work under stress
    Must be willing to consistently work show home hours (afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays)
    Must have own reliable vehicle to commute to various job sites and homes

We offer completive commission rates and provide a generous benefits package after 3 months.
