Description

The College of Pharmacy and Nutrition invites applications from qualified individuals for a full time, tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Division of Pharmacy.  The successful candidate will teach in the new pharmacy curriculum, with responsibility for courses and laboratories in the areas of practice skills and patient care. The successful candidate will be required to establish a clinical practice site, with preference given to those with clinical experience in community pharmacy and/or a research program focused in community pharmacy.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for engaging in research and scholarly activities, supervision of undergraduate and graduate students, and relevant administrative activities.
Qualifications

A post-baccalaureate PharmD or Ph.D. is required. The successful candidate must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Saskatchewan by the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals; licensure must be obtained within 6 months of the appointment date. We seek a candidate who has effective teaching, interpersonal, and communication skills. Candidates should also have a strong interest and ability to engage in research and scholarly activities. Length of relevant experience will be an asset, as will a specialization related to community pharmacy.
