The Operations Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of operations and customer support in the branch and ensuring a safe and efficient operation.

What to Expect
Develop strategies and procedures to accomplish objectives
Approve and audit all payables as they pertain to Reginas operations
Organize staff and job functions to meet objectives
Supervise and administer all aspects of the operations in the branch
Select, train, motivate and develop staff
Ensure a safe and efficient operation
Ensure safety and security policies and procedures are followed
Assist with month end accruals and payable management
Ensure all operations shifts are properly staffed and processed
Become directly involved with all Customer Service Issues when assistance is required
Assist with dispatching P&Ds

What You Need
Post Secondary Diploma in Management/Transportation or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills
Proven leadership and problem solving skills
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Minimum of 5 years experience in the transportation industry
Good knowledge of MS Windows
