Job Description
General Clean-up and Maintenance
Industrial carpet cleaning
Construction clean up
Landscaping & Snow Removal in common areas
Candidate must possess ability to stand and remain physically active for long periods
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Drivers License and own transportation
Must be capable of lifting light to heavy items
Must provide 2 working references
Must own and be able to provide proof of steel-toed boots
Standing for extended periods
Problem Solving
*Any experience in a maintenance setting is considered an asset*
Contracts are temporary but can become full-time permanent depending on performance.
