Description

Lynch Property Services Inc. is currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper/office administrator to fill a position of approximately 30 hours per week.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-accounts payable and accounts receivable
-processing client invoices and receivables
-quarterly GST remittance
-monthly PST remittance
-WCB remittance and filings
-filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-assist with the preparation of quotations, reports, and various documents
-assist with human resource functions such as reviewing resumes, booking interviews, processing new hire paperwork and updating employee files
-directing client inquiries, taking messages, sending and receiving emails and faxes

QUALIFICATIONS
-post secondary accounting diploma (equivalent training and education may also be considered)
-3 to 5 years in bookkeeping/accounting
-experience with QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks online
-knowledge of google earth
-proficient in MS Office
-knowledge of accounting theory/principles
-knowledge of WHMIS and work safety practices
-excellent written and oral communications
-logical and detail oriented
-ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
-ability to work independently and use sound judgement to establish priorities and problem solve
-prompt and reliable
-exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail
-accountable and responsible
-adaptable and creative
