We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager, Brand Ambassador with our Midtown Plaza team.
Responsibilities:
Create happy and memorable customer experience
Demonstrate and encourage Paris Jewellers Core Values
Participate in and complete all training and development programs
Adhere to all non-negotiable standards
Maintain a high standard of safety and security
Setup and execute store sales and promotions
Stock and inventory control
Maintain a high level of accountability
Coach on objective behaviors to achieve results
Strive for and maintain individual and team targets
Recruiting and hiring for store location
On-boarding and development of all team members
Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
Scheduling
Merchandising
Processing transactions
Other duties as required

What we look for:
3+ years experience in a customer focused role
1+ years in a management or supervisor role
Jewellery experience is considered an asset but not required
Mature and positive attitude
Professional appearance and presentation
Able to adapt to immediate or unforeseen challenges
Natural ability to develop relationships
Has a high standard of personal accountability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for long period of time
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
