Assist in analyzing customer requirements and providing robust technical designs to drive software implementation
Review system functionality, configuration settings and workflow to ensure products and services are provided in the most effective ways
Serve a technical expert on assigned product areas to support customers success
Assist customers with business process reengineering of their procedures and policies to take advantage of improvements in Vibe HCM products
Collaborate with Development Leads, Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and IT Leadership
Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable of the software architecture of Vibe HCMs products
Identify risks and bottlenecks and offer suggestion for process and/or policy improvement
Lead or participate in other assigned duties
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent industry field
Skilled and experience with XML, SQL, HTML, JavaScript and Oracle databases are strongly desirable
Ability to configure Vibe HCM software in accordance with implementation standards and methodology
Proactively suggest ways to improve implementation processes and customer experience
Assist with training and supporting customers on the Vibe Solution
Ability to collaborate well in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
Excellent organizational skills
