Education requirements
Completion of college preferably in Culinary
Work Experience:
1 year experience in restaurant or food service
Experience in Japanese/Chinese fast food restaurant
Language Skills:
Can communicate in English
Daily Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and cook as per order
Prepare and cook other meals that including in stores menu
Schedule and supervise Kitchen Helpers, maintain ingredients inventory and report to supervisor
Ensure kitchen efficiency of operation and food quality
Coordinate with supervisor, make sure the kitchen meets the hygiene standard
Responsible for the size of food portion
May need to train kitchen staff
