Edo Japan is currently hiring full-time Sushi Makers to work full-time, shifts available days, evenings and weekends. The chosen applicants should have a flexible schedule and be willing to work evenings and weekends with the possibility of overtime. A Sushi Maker has to prepare food products for customers, sushi making, food preparation, cashier, cleaning and other general duties as assigned.
Duties Include:
Prepare all food products according to approval procedures and uses approved equipment
Sushi making
Taking and assembling food orders
Make sure production area is organized
Replenish condiments and other supplies in serving areas
Perform general duties
Notifies management when supplies are low.
Make sure working conditions of food preparation equipment and notifies management immediately when equipment requires repair
Ability to work flexible shifts , evening and or weekends
Other tasks assigned
Dishwashing Skills
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
