Main Duties:
A sales supervisor plays a key role in the success and failure in our store. It is the one who plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization.
Primary responsibilities:
1.Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
2.Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
3.Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
4.Sell merchandise to customers
5.Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
6.Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
7.Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8.Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
