Access Communications Co-operative Limited is seeking customer focused, highly driven, motivated individuals to join our Sales Team. As a Telesales Representative you will be responsible for:
- Closing sales leads and making outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers in order to sell new services and cross-sell/up-sell to existing customers.
- Overcoming objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasizing product/service features and benefits and quotes prices.
This position would be scheduled for 15- 20 hours per week. Availability would be needed: Monday - Thursday (3pm - 8:30pm) and Friday Noon - 3:30pm.
This would be a great opportunity for someone with great customer service skills who is motivated to offer the best services to potential customers.
The pay is $14.38/ hour plus commissions.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or GED equivalent
- Previous telesales and customer service experience
- Clear Criminal Record Check
