Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, and reliable person to become part of our team.
Must have completed the Medical Office Assistant course.  Schedule includes weekday/evening and every other weekend.

Responsibilities:
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Answer enquiries by phone and in person and    manage recalls
-Maintain electronic and paper chart records
-Record and relay information to physicians and patients
-Ensure exam rooms are stocked and cleaned between patients
-Assist patients to exam rooms
-Prepare patients for physician visits - wgt, hgt, blood pressure, SBS, HGB, U/A etc.
-Clean and sterilize instruments
-Assist physicians as required
-Performs all other related clinical and special tasks as required
-Ordering of office supplies

Assets:
-Experience with Accuro
-Experience working in a Medical Office environment
-Transcription

-Proficient in use of computers
-Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize
-Excellent communication skills; telephone etiquette, written and oral
-Ability to be flexible and adapt to new or changing requirements
