Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, Respiratory Therapy Services, the Clinical Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day clinical operations of the Respiratory Therapy Department's therapeutic services including but not limited to supervision, education, co-ordination and application of Respiratory Therapy services. The incumbent will provide visible, proactive leadership and promote the delivery of patient centered care through the application of professional standards within budgetary guidelines. This position will have specific responsibilities related to patient needs and will require technical and clinical knowledge in a designated area.
Required Qualifications

Registered or eligible for registration with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapist (C.S.R.T)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Respiratory Therapist (S.C.R.T)
Courses in Leadership/Supervision would be a definite asset
Certification in BCLS Certification in ACLS, NRP and PALS
Experience
Five years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in providing service to all clinical areas   Preference given to those with previous Supervisor experience.
