Electrical Engineering Technologist, Controls and Instrumentation
Quickthree Solutions Inc. (www.quickthree.ca) is seeking an experienced Controls or Electrical Engineer or Electrical/Controls Technologist. This intermediate position will be with our design and manufacturing team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
In this position responsibilities include:
-Programming design, implementation and testing of control systems and components.
-Design and user interface screens.
-Create technical documentation, testing procedures and user/tech manual.
-Assist with assembly and testing of prototype
-Customer Support and troubleshooting
The successful candidate will possess:
-Electrical Engineering or Controls Technologist diploma or similar.
-5 years combined experience in industry: manufacturing, oil field, mobile equipment, system design.
-Controls and programming experience with various controllers.
-Experience with "C" code development and embedded controllers.
-Panel design, layout and building experience an asset.
-Experience with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Meticulous work habits and attention to detail.
-Good general knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electric power components.
-Successful candidate must provide a completed Criminal Record Check prior to commencing employment.
