Canpotex is currently seeking a Marketing Manager, Europe and Africa to join our team. Located in our Saskatoon office, you will be responsible for leading Canpotexs marketing and distribution efforts in your assigned market areas. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, Latin America, Europe and Africa, you will be the face of Canpotex in your designated market, building relationships and working with existing and potential customers to fulfill our vision of helping nourish the world.

Your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others in the organization is key. You will work with internal groups, located in Canada, to ensure customer deliveries are made efficiently and in a manner that is cost effective and commercially desirable. Strong business acumen and commercial experience is also a must as this position will work with cross functional groups, with representatives from multi-national offices, to ensure sound business and commercial decisions are made.

As the ideal candidate, you have completed a University degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics or equivalent and have 5  or more years experience working in a global organization leading regional fertilizer or commodity sales. Previous experience conducting business in a varied and fast moving multicultural environment is preferred.  The ability to travel extensively is required.
