Administrative Assistant  Full Time

Open Road Recreation is looking for a full time administrative assistant. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, professional written and communication skills, strong computer skills and is very detail oriented. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that likes a fast paced environment.

Primary duties include:
    greeting and directing customers answering the telephone
    Create and maintain files in Excel or other databases
    data entry
    filing, preparing correspondence, and mail
    using accounting and inventory software
    PowerPoint presentations
    marketing projects
    general office duties
    problem solving
    maintain department supplies and inventory
    managing vehicle inventory
