Description

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in all facets of applications design, production, maintenance, upgrades and quality
assurance.
- Design (from scratch or from wire frames), develop, test, deploy and support applications.
Participate in design and code reviews.
- Conceptualize design solutions, often with project teams, to achieve intended results.
- Consult with clients on applications, information and content structure, user interface, and presentation.
- Document and communicate projects updates with business. Work with management and users to ensure
specifications, requirements and timelines are met.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage technologies. Execute on those opportunities to improve LAI's functionality.
- Assist management in enhancement requests: assessment of scope, recommendation of software tools,coordination of design, coordination of testing, coordination of installation and support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in J2EE Development is required: Tomcat, REST, Serverlet, Moven, jUnit, Bean
- Experience in the following would be an asset:
o development C/C++, QT, SQL, Perl, Javascript, Android development(Android Studio,Java), iOS
Development(Xcode, Object C)
