Castle Furniture is looking for a Dynamic, results driven, full-time sales associate with a Talent or Interest in Interior Decorating! Successful applicant will enjoy helping customers by establishing needs and enjoy providing solutions to satisfy their particular furnishing needs! Using your superior interpersonal skills, you are able to successfully convert guest opportunities into results!
As a Successful candidate will have the following -
Proven selling skills with at least 2 years experience in a retail sales environment or service environment such as waitress/waiter! Outstanding communication and relationship building skills. Must possess a working knowledge of MS Office programs and ability to work with in house computer programs. Must be able to work 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM on Saturdays, plus four other days each week Monday to Friday and Thursday evenings until 9:00 pm. Applicant must be fluent in English both orally (easy to understand) and able to print clearly in English. Take pride in the appearance of the store and work with the entire team to ensure the store is always neat, clean and well maintained.
