Regina Residential Resource Centre (RRRC) is a
non-profit corporation operated by a volunteer
Board of Directors.  RRRC is a Community Based
Organization.  We are dedicated to providing
support to individuals with intellectual
disabilities.

RRRC is seeking energetic and enthusiastic
individuals to fill the position of Home
Supervisor.  The successful candidates will be
responsible for supervision of consumers(s),
record keeping, personal care, medication
administration, daily housekeeping maintenance,
scheduling staff, and promote community
involvement.

Shifts are on a rotating basis working both days
and nights, rotating every two weeks.  Must possess great communication
skills and have experience as a Supervisor.  This
position is responsible for providing support to
individuals participating in a variety of RRRC's
Programs.

Required qualifications include post secondary
education and related experience in Human
Services, a valid driver's license and a
demonstrated ability to manage a home effectively.  
Training in the Mandate System, and Basic Skills
training would be an asset. The Home Supervisor is
expected to have or be willing to obtain a current
certificate in First Aid and CPR Level C. The
successful candidate must be able to work both
independently and in a team setting
The Home Supervisor will be able to develop
positive interpersonal relationships and will
demonstrate sound judgment.  The Home Supervisor
will be open and honest in their communications
with the Consumer(s), their support providers and
the Regina Residential Resource Centre Management.
They will be patient, flexible and consistent in
their interactions with participants.

The Home Supervisor will demonstrate the ability
to implement and document program plans in a
variety of settings. He/she will demonstrate
knowledge in behavior management and will possess
excellent stress management skills.
