This is a job offer for an administrative agent at the Ecocert Canada office of Saskatoon. Ecocert Canada is an organic certification body working throughout Canada. The agent would be:
-Welcoming clients and visitors
-Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate people.
-Help sending new prospect client packages
-Enter and update information in customers files
-Process renewal documents
-Handle mail
-Help accounting department with receivables
-Manages the issuance of Transaction Certificates within Canada
-Prepares and/or receives faxes and forwards them to the recipients.
-Other clerical tasks
Qualifications required :
Excellent English control
French knowledge, an asset, to be able to help the Qubec office throughout the year.
Good professional communication skills (oral and written)
Computer knowledge (Outlook, word, excel)
Organized and can support stress periods
Autonomous and resourceful
Attention and accuracy in work
Agriculture knowledge, an asset
